TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Owners must produce an up to date vaccination certificate from their veterinary surgeon showing that their dog has been vaccinated against distemper, hepatitis, leptospirosis and parvovirus.
Dogs must have been treated for fleas and worms before entering the kennels.
In the event that a dog needs veterinary care, the fees will be charged to the owner. Where possible, every effort will be made to contact the owner before veterinary care is sort.
In the event that owners return early, the full period booked is still payable.
We reserve the right to relocate any unclaimed dog after 10 days if there has been no contact from the owner.
Payment is due at the time of collection by cash or cheque. Sorry we do not have the facility to take cards.
Any dog bedding or toys left with us, are left at the owner’s risk.
